Animo Internacional
Land Project Newsletter

Issue: 4th Quarter, October, 2003
Animo Internacional is proud to be able to bring to you, our valued associate investors, our very first “Land Project Newsletter”. This is the first in a series of newsletters that we will be providing you throughout the course of the projects existence. You can expect that we will have at least one newsletter per quarter.

Our primary purpose for creating this newsletter is to first, keep you informed of the latest developments with regards to the Animo Land Project. Our second goal is to provide you with information and profiles on the key players involved in the project. Finally, our third goal is to give you the assurance that we are progressing within the time frame that we have set for the project.

As our first line of business, we would like to introduce you to Miguel Loza. Miguel is the talented, local architect that we have brought on board as the lead person responsible for the development of the design and creation for the Animo Land Project.

Miguel is not only a brilliant architect and a man with great work ethics and professionalism, he is also a great personal friend of mine.

Please take a moment’s time to read his profile and visit his website at www.mloza.com. There you will find some examples of his work.

Miguel comes highly recommended by several of his former clients who praise his work and creative, sophisticated architectural designs. Miguel has established a strong presence in Puerto Vallarta and has surrounded himself with an excellent team of civil engineers, land surveyors, construction materials companies and construction foremen and workers all at his disposal.

When researching our options for an architect, Miguel won our bid hands down. Not only was he willing to work with Animo Internacional, he was very excited and honored to be asked to work with us.

from Miguel Loza, architect

“If you plan to build a house or make renovations, your most important decision is the architect you choose. You owe it to yourself to talk with Miguel Loza.”

Miguel says: “the better the dialogue between client and architect, the better the end result.” Miguel speaks English extremely well and tells you ‘most of my old clients are now my friends.’

Miguel was born in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico in 1960 and graduated from ITESO University with a degree in architecture in 1982. That summer, he went to the United States where he worked at New Mexico’s Department of Planning and Assistance Center which is affiliated with the University of New Mexico. For his University thesis, he designed a Cultural and Civic Center for Puerto Vallarta. After graduating and until 1992, he worked for two important construction companies in Guadalajara. Here, he gained extensive experience designing and building private homes, as well as building and renovating corporate offices.
In 1993, he moved to Puerto Vallarta where he worked as a design architect for a construction company. A few years ago, Miguel set out on his own. He now consults, designs and builds, mostly for an international clientele, all around the Banderas Bay area.
Click on www.mloza.com to see some of his work. You’ll be amazed at what you learn about “angles of the sun, the importance of cross ventilation, maximizing views”, etc., etc.
Miguel has an impressive portfolio which includes letters from satisfied clients. They speak glowingly about his design abilities, his construction knowledge, his work ethic and his integrity.

Animo Internacional welcomes Miguel to our team of professionals who to date have been instrumental in getting the Animo Internacional Land Project started. We are excited about his involvement in the project and look forward to seeing his work as we begin the design and development phase of the Animo Land Project.

We hope you look forward to this series of informative newsletters and welcome any feedback or comments and ask that you let us know what you would like to learn more about pertaining to the Animo Land project.
